3. Storage and Retention of Images
Passport, visa, and ID photographs are securely stored for 30 days from the date of capture. After 30 days, images are permanently deleted, except where we are required by law to retain them for a longer period. Clients should request any reprints, corrections, or reshoots within the 30-day period.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
We may share limited personal information with third-party service providers who support our operations, including payment processors, booking platform providers, and secure data storage services.
